It has been sooo much harder then I thought it would be. :/
Anyone else have a Sailor in bootcamp that left 10-14-11?
Lets chat. I'm in desperate need for a friend that's going through what I am. Mine don't seem to understand nor care much.

I have been writing! I started an hour after he called me and said the bus was coming. It definitely has helped. He'll have a book when I finally get his address which should come any day now.
And it is soo hard. I knew I'd be upset, but I never thought I'd be this bad. The thought of seeing him next in his uniform keeps my head up. I am excited for that.
I understand completely, I thought it would be different but the lack of them for the first time is really kind of devastating. I'm really glad to hear you have been writing him though, I know he will be happy. This will be my husband's third week in and I'm hoping that this week maybe will be the week I get a letter just to know he misses me at least half as much as I miss him.
Just know you aren't alone by any means, all the women here know what you are going through oh and if you have a facebook 'like' the page

They help so much and once you get his address and know his ship and div there will be a thread started in the discussion section for your SR's ship and div specifically.
Oh and this helps a lot as well =)
Sea Legs
Thank you soo much! :]
And I hope you get your letter as well. I cannot wait for that first letter. You'll have to let me know!
