I'm looking for anyone with family, spouse or boyfriend in this DIV. I'm a SR wife in just over our 1st year of marriage. Looking for spouse advice or shipmates to help talk about what they are experiencing! Anxious.

Hello. My daughter is the same ship/div. Have you had a phone call yet?
I had a phone call after 1 week and he had still not officially started he was processing and he needed info for his security clearance. He was able to talk a little while I was looking stuff up but that was it. From what I've read phone calls are highly unlikely. Your lucky if you get 2 or more through the entire Boot Camp. I'm still hoping to get a letter soon!
We received 2 letters today!!!! Bad news is she is going to San Antionio for her A school so our trip to MS will be cut short.

I got my first real letter on Thursday. He wasn't able to send out the weekend before because he had holiday duty or something. MS? I'm from Texas, San Antonio is great! What is her rate? My husband is CTI. He is the divisions RMAA. He says the guys in the group are pretty rowdy. Did your daughter have to have any teeth pulled? May I ask what your daughters name is?

my husband said the same thing about them being rowdy lol. how old is your husband?

My daughter is in this DIV.  She was able to call me 8 days ago.  Have gotten a couple of letters.

Hi cookingmom, yep just got my second letter yesterday. Still only the first phone call for me. My husband said they just painted their flag. They had t-shirts made too but they can't get them till graduation.

Hi MM,

Thanks for responding.  Didn't know about the flag & t-shirts.  I got my 3rd letter today.  She says that this was "Hell Week" for them, all types of inspections.  No phone call either.  Maybe one next week.  My daughter was worried about passing her bunk inspection.  She has always had a messy bed & room her whole life.  She has always had issues with bed sheets! lol

just an update on your ribbon orders, most of the ribbons for your group are now finished and if you have not received them already they were were shipped today or will be shipped tomorrow and Wednesday morning. Your should all have them by this weekend. If you ordered and have not mailed your payment or paid through PayPal please contact me and let me know how you will be making your payment. It is not too late to make the payment and not to late to order ribbons. I hope you all have a great week. You don't have to wait much longer to see your Sailors and I know you are getting very excited :-)
Lala,  I'm in the dark about the ribbons.  Can you explain to me the what and how to order. Thanks
the ribbons have your Sailors name on them and their DIV number. They are a great way to show your pride for your Sailor, they make it easy to recognize or Navy for mom members, and they make a great keepsake. You can wear them to PIR or to both PIR and the Meet and greet. You can see pics on my page and on my facebook page: Unique Memory Makers. If you send me a friend request I will send you an email with all the info for placing an order. You can also send me an email requesting the info. My email address is: uniquememorymakers@yahoo.com  Thanks, Lora
Did any of all get Grad n' Go info? My husband called saying that he was grad n' go. He said everyone was. Now I was under the understanding that Grad n' Go meant they literally graduate on friday and fly out to A school the same day. A navy wife friend of mine said however that it could still mean they get the whole weekend. Lot's of contridictory info. Trying to see if someone else has heard so I can straighten this out. I don't know wether to cancl my hotel or not and my in-laws already have. I'm afraid they will end up without a place to stay! Any help would be great!
