OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

That's awesome!
If anyone's SR comments about the comics section from the Atlanta Journal Constitution making the rounds - it's from me.  Part of the Monday mail!  If this is going to cause trouble for my SR - stop me now!!!!!

Welcome. =)

just figured out how to join this group.  Our son is in 09-338 and we have signed up for the meet and greet,  this has been stressful and tearful...miss his fun personality.  The short note is all we have received so far, but we read it all the time.

Expect a letter soon! I know after the first two weeks they get a little bit more time and ability to write. We may even be lucky to get a call this weekend. My husband is also in that division. =)
I hope so , Thanks Lydia ... Btw this is Margie : )
I thought I recognized the picture!
