Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

My son told me he passed the first run a couple of weeks ago.  Is this a different one?

I hope he tells us when BS  hope not on the 14  We will almost be in Great Lakes before we find out if he ha passed
Someone told me they would call on the 14th...
girlfriend have you heard anything
umm not recently like this week from him.. but i did hear that they will be giving us a call soon.... they are apparently allowed two calls one called "i' still alive" and one called "i'm a sailor".... so don't quote me but we should all be getting a phone call soon from our SR's..... and now thinking about it i did get a letter this week my bad.... but it didn't provide any info bout them.... i got it monday but i usually get letters thursday.... but he just asked a bunch of questions bout the outside world so..... no i haven't heard anything else bout our SR's.... sorry

yes we plan on being there if we get there on time  we have what will probly be a 15 hr drive but we are leaving at 2 or 230 am so we should be there

Wow that is a long drive!!!  We are flying in to Chicago around lunch time.

i just reread his letter that i got and he did say that the division was finally coming together.... like everyone...
