Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

well the mail lady was late but finaly got a letter    tells so little but this is it  He passed all inspections and made marksman   next week is firefighting and gas chamber as of now he is carrying the divisional flag  pictures are next week said he had not been sick but a lot of the div has been. Said tomorrow was military drill inspection that would have been Monday the 29. nothing else on anything oh well maby someone else will hear about BS
Sorry Mom and girlfriend  He said nothing about anyone by name Hope that yours have not been sick and that they also passed everything   He said nothing about his run he was worried so I think he would have said something if he had not passed or maby they did not do the pt but I think they would have.
We are driving also from South Carolina we are planning to be there on thrusday afternoon and sat until saturday morning.
phone call phone call       311 did good on hell week won several pennants and all flags   said had fun   he had bad news  lost carring flag goofed up    but all ok  he knows mat  thinks kurt    could not remember  tyler name so could not ask about him    a lot of the guys have colds    he is getting one too  but sounded really good

got phone call today too said that he was sick but is finally better.... says he is ready to graduate... says he's had fun with the guys... i will ask bout tyler in my next letter..... umm but he sounded different today... i mean i know he's gonna change but it was so off and wierd... i can only hope now that everything is ok....  only two weeks left but it seems like still so far away.... wish i could have had longer to talk...

 

ladies got a BS date

Good because my son didn't know exact date.  lol  Finally talked to him on the phone.  He told me that he hasn't written any letter because he doesn't know what to write.

 

so what is the date? can you tell us??? i hope that they can all work together as a team well enough....
