OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Ok how do I add this to my group stuff-Sorry if I seem stupid but don't know much about puters. I tried hitting the add button up on right.  It just put up for me to make comment.. I have the PIR 10/07/2011 TG 47 (divisions 329-340 & 947) group but have to search all through there to try and find this one.  Seems like I missed something to just keep this one without having to go thru pages in group.
I'm not sure what you are asking, but the most recent comments on the Comment Wall of the group's main page are first, but the most recent replies in the Discussions are last unless someone replied to an earlier comment. To find this Discussion, go to the main page for the group and locate the Division and if you click on the words last reply, it will take you right to the most recent reply and you can work backward from there.
Division 331 an 332 got phone calls today!! Maybe were soon!
I'm hoping maybe at leaaast by Monday, I saaaaw where someone said their SR got to make a call on July 4th.

From what I've heard, making phone calls early isn't a good thing. Usually medical or trouble.

Ours are busy building character.

Early calls could also be for information needed for security clearance.
Hi. I'm from NC. I received 4 letters today. Yep he's homesick!! But is doing very good!! He's in Div 338. Said a lot of people like to talk and the rest of them have IT because of it. Said the RDCs are tough but are cool if you do what they say. Anyone elses recruit mention that they may graduate a week early.
Congratulations on receiving so many letters!  Sounds alot like my SR's remarks - we need to encourage them to find a way to pull it together!  No word on early graduation... Will ask in my letter tomorrow.  Since you've been through this before, is an early graduation somewhat/very unusual?
