Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

aww thanks Christa. I am sure that he will meet an amazing girl. Remember it takes a special kind of person to be a military husband or wife. Its not easy at all. If i was to every say it is is easy i would be lieing.

Desiree, Christa is right about you...You're an amazing girl!
I too got really lucky with my SR's fiancee. She's a keeper. She's trying to get on N4M and is waiting for her confirmation email. I think you ladies will be a great help to her - adjusting to life as a Navy wife and will make some great friends to boot!

Ok got a letter today!! Yep they did go thru the gas chamber and in his words "it sucked" but wants to do it again?? I think it was a huge accomplishment.Said it was hard to breathe but never mentioned throwing up, so thats good.

It's hard to believe in one week some of you will be on your way to PIR. I bet you thought that day would never get here and I am positive you are getting very excited to see your Sailors. I have all the late orders on the ribbons finished and some were mailed today and the rest will be mailed in the morning. I only have one or two that I am still waiting on payment for. If you ordered late be looking in the mail in a few days for your ribbons and if you have not sent your order or payment to me let me know asap. We are running out of time. Thanks to all of you who ordered the ribbons; I know you will wear them with pride :-) Let me know if you have any questions at all.

Hello everyone! My name is Robin, I am the soon to be daughter in-law of Lawpupk9. I finally made it to your group :)
I know that I should have joined a lot sooner, but I was unsure if this website would make me more stressed out than I already am. But, mom...(my SR's mom) finally convinced me to join. I have read all of your posts, and it really put's me at ease that a lot of you feel the same way that I do about a significant other being gone. I know that it is last minute, but at least I will get to talk to people that understand what I am going though; and not have to talk to my family members and get the "he's not dead" speech.
Btw, I got a letter today from my SR; say's that the division is doing well, and they are finally pulling together. Though this was dated last week. So hopefully, they are all still doing well.
Also, I know we are lighting candle's tomorrow for the big Final. So I created a facebook event and invited over 78 people to do the same with us, regardless if they know someone in boot right now.

No problem! I thought of it last night driving home. I had already enlisted a lot of my family and friends to pray for our division, but I wanted to make it bigger. lol So far I have 26 planning to light a candle. :)
