hello everyone,

im new to the site and i love all the positive feed back ive seen.

my husband left aug 10th and will graduate 10-7-11,

my daughter and i miss him so much and can't wait to see him.

proud navy wife--<3

Ok ladies, getting down to the wire!  So very excited to see my son!  I should probably pack sometime, but realistically my life will probably only allow me doing that on Wednesday evening in a rush before heading out.  Such is my life.  Gotta love it.  Proud of these recruits, soon-to-all-be Sailors!  Looking forward to a possible phone call on Tuesday afternoon!!!  Hugs out there to you all as we are preparing for Friday!  Praying traveling mercies on us all!
((((((((HUG)))))))))
It's hard to believe it is almost time, can't wait, very proud.  Hugs to all.
Please pray! Our SR missed his run test by 13 seconds. He has another chance tomorrow and possibly Wed.  He said he gets to call home IF he makes it, but if he doesn't he doesn't know what happens next.  That was the end of the call because someone was telling him "Your time is up. You are done."  Does anyone have any idea what happens IF he doesn't make it? I'm believing that God will give him the strength, speed, and endurance to make it in time... but knowing what happens next is a good thing if God's plan is for him to not graduate at PIR on Friday!

PLEASE PRAY!!  We're all heartbroken...especially our SR and my 7 year old son who just wants to see his big brother on Friday!!
my prayers are with you all, I will pray that he does make it and he will graduate friday.

StepMama,

I know it is difficult, just don't try to think about what will happen if he doesn't make it.  God will give him the speed and strength and you will get that phone call!

You are right... God is in control!!  Prayers have been constant since we got the news.  I can't wait to hear the news that he made it!  THANK YOU ALL!
He will make it! Remember you have hundreds of Navy parents praying for him!!! You will get the call and all will be fine:)

hello ladies,

have anyone heard from their SR this week. I have only received a letter that was done on the 25th and im worry because he is supposed to grad friday .

No-that is the last letter I received as well.

Remember, no news is GOOD NEWS!

No letter, no phone calls in a few weeks.  No news is good news I am told.  Just waiting for the "sailor" call today!!!  Very anxious.  Very excited.
