Is there anyone with a SR in this ship/div? I've looked through several pages of posts and can't find anyone listing this specific ship/div. It would be nice to chat with others with an SR in the same division as my son.
Help please!

My SR has been very discouraged with this group. Any other complaints from your SR? They haven't been working together as a team which is very important - constantly getting yelled at and have some very immature SRs or some that just don't know when to keep the mouth shut? what's been in your letters?
jc
Hi Lori - glad to hear that it's not only my son having trouble - I guess it's one way to weed the boys and men out. I just feel bad that they get so discouraged. I really thought they had a psych test prior to BC I also heard that they changed instructors on hisdivision and that some SRs left already - can't wait to hear all about it after PIR. All we can do is write them encouragement, and send them prayers and love.

I was really surprised with the letters I got on Wednesday, since they have been at BC for this many weeks. The first letter he sent did say about how they all needed to work together and respect each other. But when he called and talked to his dad he said things had gotten better since he had written the letter. So when I got these last letters I was a little confused, surprised and felt bad. I wrote back to him and sent it out the same day, hopefully he got it today. I was very upbeat and encouraging.
My SR has said the same things. The Chief may even move PIR date because of it. I'm not sure, but I think my son lost his Section leader collar because of the immature, childish, chatty little girls as he puts it.
Its sad to see a few suffer because the rest can't follow orders and work as a team.
Because they can't work as a team, I haven't heard from my SR yet. His division hasn't earned a phone call yet. :(
