I must admit ...shamefully. I am new to this site and the mom of the kid who took the cheezits...I have no idea  what possessed him to take those darn cheezits.  I too laughed when he told me about it.  His new nickname is Cheezits.  Unbelievable...he has always loved his chips and must have gone thru a withdrawal.  LOL......Sorry for the extra IT...

Haha, this is funny stuff!!  My son happened to be sick that day so he was not part of the extra IT.  I imagine they all moved past this and if they can laugh about it, so can we....When I asked my son about it on the phone Saturday, he was like how do you know about it?!!

When he called on Saturday he told me mom...."If you hear my RDC Yell "Cheezits" I may have to go....so he has a new nickname.  Serves him right.  LOL....I am going to buy him a box for graduation.  :)

Wonderfulwife, When is your son's PIR?
Oct 28th
Wonderfulwife...got to say it made me laugh too.  My SR did not say anything to me about it yet, but I saw they had extra IT for it.  No apologies needed and if they gave him a nickname for it, it can't be all bad, right?  Plus the extra IT was prob good for them.  Hang in there, we are closing in on graduation...I love your graduation idea!!
Thanks. Yes they will be strong and very buff.

Oh by the way... WELCOME!!  Glad to have you!

Thanks, glad to be here and that you all are here as well.
I don't know if the SR's find it as humorus as we do, but I find the story laugh-out-loud funny! Who knows, maybe that extra PT will help them win the Captain's Cup. I was thinking we should bring boxes of Cheezits to give to the RDC as a peace offering at PIR. So glad you found the group.
Thanks, luv the idea. I will have to get two boxes.

HA, HA, HA! You are to cute and sweet to "own up"! I LOVE Cheez-It's...but not THAT much! Well...I get the withdrawl thing though! I can just see the RDC when he found out! I knew a mom who had a theory that each RDC has a certain amount of IT they like to administer during BC...if she's right then I am sure the Cheez-It's helped!

Here is the pic I posted on the other DF.

Poor kid...now he is stuck with the name! Glad you found the other moms! Buy him the BIG ones...I think those taste better!

I will. I like this name better. First his name was David the Individual. I have to say he has matured a lot in the few weeks he has been there. After graduation he wanted to enjoy his last summer home. No more sleeping thru the summer only waking to go to the beach or eat. I used to watch him and laugh and say wait until the Navy gets you. LOL....they really have him now.
