I just saw that on the RTC facebook page and was going to ask the same question.  It said you light it during Battlestations, when they are having a difficult time, during holidays, birthdays, etc.  I just am not sure if it is any blue candle or a special blue candle.  I think I need to go get one to light during Battlestations.

Just saw that it put this is the wrong place.  It's in response to Sadams and blue candle.

johnnasuzanne, I am thinking of you and your SR.  I'm so sorry.

Im soooo sorry to hear that for all of you. I hope they will be ok. what does it mean for them now?
I'm so sorry! I can not imagine the disappointment after having gone through so much.
I'm very sorry to hear this news, Johnnasuzanne & mshouse70. Are 2nd opinions allowed or is it too late? I've been on the RCU page along with Ship 6 (Sick or Injured Recruits). Two different SRs were going to be discharged, requested 2nd opinions & were allowed to stay by the second physician. The illnesses/injuries were not the same, but it might be worth asking. There another page Ship 5 Moms(Formerly Ship 17) that has a lot of information that you might want to acquaint yourselves with.

Johnnasuzanne and mshouse70 I am so sorry for you both.  I know this will be a difficult day for you!  Is everything final... Like Coastal Kat said, can you appeal the decision?  Were all the guys from our division?

Will be praying for you.  Did your SRs say when they will be able to come home, so you can give them a BIG hug?

Omg I know what u mean, the next 5 weeks will fly by and id like orders so I can start planning as well! Lol
