Name tags?????  Our grandson is in 359, so your son's ship and ours are doing BS together.  We will be in the air when his dad gets the I'm a Sailor call.  At least I hope he gets it :)

What name tag??????
I guess we are to make our own name tags, maybe with our screen name and our div # and our childs name??? Im not really sure?
o.k. Thanks.  Making one now.

Those going to meet and greet thougth it would be fun to make a name tag with your N4M screen name on it.  Something simple, but so we can all identfy each other and say THANKS for supporting each other through bootcamp.

09/360  You all are a talkative bunch.  Wish 09/359 communicated like you do :)   See you all at the meet and greet!

Don't forget to ask when your SR calls about BS21 if all passed, just in case one our guys has watch that day!!!

Ok hear is what ive read and what ive been told. Undesignated is horrible but it also has something good to it. Undesignated means they have no set rate. They usually cant strike for a rate for about 18 months, something our recruiter forgot to mention. They do the crap work from what ive been told, chipping paint to peeling potatoes. One good thing is that they get to see what all the jobs are like and will have a better understanding of what rate they really want to get. when my husband went to meps he was all set for the nuc program, when he went to put in for it while he was there they said ummm im sorry it says you are colorblind, your recruiter should have known you couldnt have this rate, so it was either wait however long for a rate to come up without that restriction or go undesignated. He didnt want to wait... I was kind of upset because I didnt even know until he came home from there.
Can someone tell me what sarges meet and greet is?

It is at the Sundance Saloon, from 5 - 10 Thursday night, there is a link on the Bootcamp forum if you scroll back, I think it was posted on Sunday by Invisible...it sounds really good!!

I found the link, here it is   SARGE%27S%20MEET%20%26%20GREET.pdf

That sounds awesome but I have my daughter coming with me and im not kids would be allowed nor would I want to bring her if theres drinking even if it was allowed. Aww man. Lol well it does sound really cool. It also is in bold for navy moms and dads and im a wife, I guess I could always call the guy and ask. Thanks for the link :)
Sadams - I believe it is family orientated so I would think children are allowed, I believe it is a restaurant type bar...call Sarges # that is given and ask, he is awesome and he will give you any information you need!!  And wives are probably included....Hope to see you there!!
