Sigh...me too.  One letter and one call doesn't go far.  I wish he would write already.  Makes me wonder if he is struggling too.
I am not sure if hell week is harder on them or us!! We have received a couple more letters so that did help. He sounds tired and really ready for PIR
This is a stupid question but don't have time to look it up right now. Lol what is PFC. My son was going to be the guidon for our division but he is too short. He said he is a PFC. Curiosity is killing me. Lol thank you

I appreciate your encouragement :)  My parents got a letter from our son yesterday and shared it with us which in my book is every bit as sweet as if I found it in my own mailbox!!  I am sure that he is tired and he has never been a writer so I really didn't expect to many letters.  I am sure that will change considerably once he gets back to the techie world he is so much more comfortable in (lol).

It feels really go to know that we are only a couple of days away from it being NOVEMBER!!

Well. Its almost midnight here... I just got done writing a nice long letter to my SR. I sure wish they would get another phone call. Dont they know that us moms need to hear their voices so we know they are ok?? Hey aschalk... Didnt tjey have another big test here recently?? And any ideas when the next call might be? And just curious, If they call the home number when we arnt home, will they get to try our cell too??
I just wanted to give you guys a heads up. I started sending the ribbon orders out that many of you ordered so if you placed an order for ribbons to wear to PIR to show your support for your soon to be Sailor be watching you mail, it is stalking time lol. Also, I added a great questionnaire to the discussions and you will want to check it out. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and enjoy the questionnaire. Thanks so much for the ribbon orders. If anyone has any questions at all just send me a friend request or message on this site or an email to uniquememorymakers@yahoo.com  :-) LaLa
