I am looking to connect with other Moms who son's or daughter's may be in the same division as my son Sean. I miss him sooo much right now. I know the first week was all processing and that Boot camp actually starts on Monday for him. He looked so sad as he left on the bus. I know he will be okay, he is a really strong kid. I am just a typical worrying Mom.

He told us Jan 20th or  27th.  those would be equal to 10 and 11 weeks out.  Then I added in Jan 13 for 9 weeks.  I want to get busy making arrangements! :)

No Kidding - the wait and see is killing me!  Thanks for the dates - I guess I will just "wait and see" :)

we're in good company! :D

Do you have your son's address?

no not yet.  "the box" and form letter will be going to my sons dad.  He will pass along when he gets it.

Unfortunately he is out of town so hopefully both box and addy will be waiting for him when he gets home!

Hi NavyBear7, we got our form letter today and his graduation is Jan 13!  His little 3 line note on the back starts off with "boot camp sucks" (which sounds just like him)  I know he didn't think he was going to play video games the whole time :)  but he did end the note with "i'm doing fine though".  I was just happy to see his handwriting!  Have you received anything yet?

Hello all. I contacted my sons recruiter and got his address. Ship 7 Div. 036

Yaaay!!

cjasper - your son and mine are in the same division.  I just got my form letter today.

Phoenixmom - We have alot in common then. I received the form letter as well today and it has made me feel a little better.

Got the address from the recruiter. he is ship 11, division 037!

Oh my God wrong info given. I recalled back to the recruiter because I didnt feel like I got the right spelling and one of my favorite officers at the station looks up my sons info again for me.

It is ship 5 div 311!!!!!! I hope to God we got it right this time.
