YEY!!!! Go Sam and Kyle!!!
Sorry, i'm not trying to Spam the walls. In my husbands letter, he stated the next phone call (Pending if they get in trouble or not) is December 19th. Sorry it's so far away ladies. I hope to be having a baby that day!! But he does scheduling there, so I thought i'd pass it on.
Crystal so nice to have the inside scoop. and then to share with us. I hope he doesn't call during delivery. But either way I am sure he would get to talk to you. Putting up Christmas inside and out, difficult day for me, Kyle loves this time of the year even pulling out the stuff from storage, just not the same this year, having to listen to my 16 yr old complain, think I might send him off to BC for a while. Keep us updated how are you feeling besides tired?
GUYS!! Calls are coming in today from Ship 9 Div 024!! Belated Thanksgiving!! Heads up!! I just got a call from my man!! Be by your phones! That made my day!
yea got one to made my day, unfortunatly his dad wasn't home again, think I might keep this call a secret, I know how sad I would be if I missed it. He sounds good better then his letters, I still hope the next one is still on the 19th. got my fix for a little now.
We just found out that his A-School isn't 14 weeks, but 21 weeks. I'm now slightly devistated, but think it's time to start planning a trip to go see him mid-way through. Munchkins included. I won't survive it otherwise :(
I may have goofed....Since i'm due on the 19th (Which is also battlestations) Sam told me on the phone today his chief is going to let him call and quickly check in on me. Not sure if it's just him, or the whole division. I'll verify that though!! Trying to keep everyone informed. <3
what 21 weeks!!! kyle didn't say anything about that, i will be taking a trip to IL. to will make that my birthday gift from my husband. If I don't get a call that day I'm sure there will be one after battlestations, Kyle said they will get another call before that how he knows that I'm not sure. hang in there.
Melanie, i'm REALLY super hard to find on there. What facebook page are you on?? US Naval Recruiting command? I'll look for you. Enjoying some coffee cake with the daughter this AM and then we're off for Thanksgiving with Sams parents <3
What FB page are you talking about. Would love to join it too.
I couldn't find it, it just brought me back to the forum for graduating 12/29. there is a navy recruit training facebook page but not sure what that is all about.
That is what happened to me as well. Thanks so much!!! I just found the FB page for the Christmas Adopt-a-Sailor and our guys/girls missed this one too. It is for grads in January. Poor guys/girls!!! BTW..... my SR said that BS is on dec 18th and then they have "nothing" to do for 11 days. Is that what you guys have been hearing as well?
