Yes ma'am, I am staying at the Residence Inn, 1440 South White Oak Drive · Waukegan, IL 60085 USA

We are staying at Spring Hill Marriott.....have you booked yours?

I'm staying at the Courtyard by Marriott. Are you all renting a car? I have a discount on rental cars.

We are renting a car, I haven't booked it yet just because I wanted to see how many were coming so I make sure I rent a big enough car.  Not sure if my mom is going to make it, she has had some last minute health issues with her knees.  What airport are you flying into?  OOOhhhh, car rental discounts, what kind?:)

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope she's ok. Hopefully she'll get better just in time for graduation. I'm flying into O'hare. I work for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. There's two ways to save money. One way is to book a car now then check the rates about two weeks before graduation to see if the rates change. There's a greater possibility to get a lower rate the closer it gets to the date. Another way is to reserve a smaller size car than you need and then upgrade your car when you get to the car lot. There's always "manager specials" for upgrades where it's possible to go from an Economy size car to a Large SUV for $10 or $15 more per day on top of the original rate. If you were to make the Large SUV online, the rate difference  between the car classes would be about $30 to $50. So you could potentially get a Large SUV for a fullsize rate. I don't know how other rental car companies work but Enterprise will beat any another competitor's rate for the same size car and provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied with the service then they will do whatever they can to make the customer happy. Even if that means a free upgrade. There's some helpful information on rental cars.

I changed my hotel reservation to the Navy Lodge Hotel because it's closer to base.

That's where we're at. Wanted to absorb all the "navy culture" we could! ;)

Great! Same here. What day are you flying? What airport?

We're flying into Milwaukee on the 19th and leaving on the 22nd. How about you?

I'm flying into O'Hare on the 19th and leaving on the 22nd.

I have a question for y'all. I'm not sure what address I am suppose to use to send my letters to. The form letter has one address and then in his first letter he told me to use another address. But I think the address he gave me was for his return address. Can someone help me? I want to make sure I'm sending my letters to the right place.

The address I write to is:
Ship 9, USS John F. Kennedy, Div 045
3415 Sailor Dr.
Great Lakes, IL
60088

What address did u get?
