Hubby is in Ship 12 Div 032. Going to the graduation as well. My hubby leaves Great Lakes Sat 1-7 to Charleston SC(nuke School) & arrives back here in Tampa on Weds. 1-11-12. to asst. us with the move to SC.Battlestations are on 12/ 28 or 29.

How's everybody doing? We're just counting down the days until christmas! Im flying over for adopt a sailor.. anyone else? Still getting letters regularly, his morale is good, he's just ready to graduate already! Also got a call on Monday:)

No phone call :( but still getting letters.  He sounds good and yes he is ready to graduate. I got the form to adopt him and was all ready to go but his father and I are afraid that with it being so close to graduation he might lose focus.  Not real sure what to do because I want to see him so badly.  If I could just talk to him I think I would be alright.  Trying to think of what's best for him and not me.  But I am excited for you!  Did your SR tell you give you many details about what's going there?

Finally got the call and of course I missed the call.  But he called his girlfriend and she got to talk with him.

He is doing fine except she said he has a cough, said he went to the medic for it. Can't wait to hug him.

My SR is in another Division, however, his best friend is in this Division and both PIR the 6th of Jan!
I love it! How exciting is it that our SR's time is dwindling down? I can't wait to hug my babies! Have a good week!

I know several of you have ordered ribbons from me to wear to PIR. All of those orders have now been shipped. Please let me know what you think of them when they arrive. I am sure you will love them :-D With the holidays here the shipping seems to be taking an extra day or two depending on how far you are from me but hopefully you will all have them by this Friday or Tuesday at the latest. The mail doesn't run on Monday so letters from your SR's will probably be delayed next week as well. If anyone else would like to order the ribbons to wear to PIR to support your Sailor just send me a friend request on this site or send me an email to uniquememorymakers@yahoo.com and I will send you all the ribbon info as well as some helpful tips for PIR. I hope you all have a great day.
