Maybe they will get to call home soon!  It's been THREE weeks...so I'm carrying my phone with me everywhere I go.  :-)

I have received one letter and it wasn't a happy one.  Maybe soon I'll get another letter and a phone call.

My first one wasn't upbeat at all - he sounds better now.

Good to hear that.. Gives me some encouragement... I have been taking my phone with me everywhere too.  Gave strict instructions that if he were to call me at work, it would be considered an emergency and to interrupt whatever I am doing:) I hope it's SOON..

My son is in this division as well. I received a few letters last week. Sounds like they are doing well. Says the food is good, his division is cool, and the blue camo uniforms are awesome!! lol

I've been getting letters regularly now! (: I can't wait to get a call. He said that this divison was falling apart and no one can listen. He got promoted to E2 (:

Oh no!  Last I heard Division was coming together (Monday)  and, same here, Hoorah 4 my soon...mine says they all look really sharp in their Blue Camo.  :-)

Congrats on the promotion to E2 - Charle&Brandon3...WTG!

Congrats to yall who got promoted to E2!! Awesome!! They should be getting into their routine now so hopefully the wrinkles are starting to iron out...no pun intended...ha ha, since they iron a lot!! LOL I'm so excited for my son too!! I'm so excited about graduation!! Can't wait!! Got my reservations!! whoo hoo! Come on January 27th!! :) lol

I also got a phone call from my husband and it was amazing! (: We got to talk for 35 minutes and it was the best thing ever! He sounded very good as well and it sounds like Ship 12 DIV 050 is the best divison there because my husband said they have the highest test scores! I am so proud of all of them!

oh  am so happy for those that got phone calls.  I didn't get one.  Maybe because of wisdom teeth being pulled.  i will hope for one tomorrow.  so glad our division is doing good.  I was on a plane half of friday - but didn't see a missed call.

Anyone else get a call ...or not get a call?

To Happy&Sadmom, Yes I got a phone call on Thursday (December 15)  at 4:20 Mountain Time. Son said he was doing really well and division was coming together.  My son had his wisdom teeth pulled on Monday and said he was doing better than he expected. I received two letters on Friday and those were the first I had received from him other than the form letter.   I hope you get a phone call really, really soon.

My mother in law and I will be wearing her ribbons at graduation too for my husband! Hope to see you there!
