I got a letter today, YAY.   He said there division did really good at the Marlinspike. Did so well they are now in the top 10 of the best division to ever do it.  The letters I am getting know sound so much better than they did in the beginning so sounds to me like he is "likeing" it much better know.  At least as much as you can like boot camp anyway.  I told him about the forum and he said that it was kinda weird.  He said his bunk mates mom is on here and gave me last name. I wonder which one you it is???     I so cant wait to see him at PIR.   I hope they do as good at Battlestation as they did at the Marlinspike.  Hope you letters from your loved ones.

its me your son is talking about i sent you a friend request  and i posted a message on your wall lol

Ok ladies I received mail today with lots of info.....finally! Not that he hasn't been writing but now I have lots to share about the div.  Our guys are currently in "hell week", PFA at 0400, then hygiene, then WTI/PI (inspections)....lots of stuff, the whole week is booked. Tuesday 12-27 is now 4-1 cause of being on hold for Christmas. They had Marline Spike and only had 3 safety violoations (brother div. had 17). They earned a flag (as of the 22nd) for academics. Their PO is a workout freak. Thats it for now let me process the rest of these and Iwiil post if there s more....oh and he told me that they have now had 12 that have gone home.

Ok. so what is Marline Spike?

I don't know I was afraid to ask and I havn't done the research yet...lol!

Ahhh...I'm behind! I'll post the MARLINSPIKE discussion in the Discussion Forum right now!

Thank you, honestly I don't know how you do all that you do!!!! Your amazing!

...it's easy...I'm YOU...and I know what it feels like...happy to be able to help! THANK YOU!

I am staying at the Ramada and will be going to meet and greet.

Lisa from NY - I am sorry I had to delete your post. Last Names of Sailors are not allowed on the N4M's site as per N4M's Community Guidelines and OPSEC (clickable link). It's best to keep yur own last name off the site too...even if it is different than your Sailors. (Everyone) This is a public forum and anyone can read it...our Sailors are and will have insight to military intelligence and so we practice OPSEC now starting in BC. Many have ratings with secret and top secret info.

I did save it for you if you would like to revise it and repost so the other info is not "lost" or I can do it for you! Be happy too!. Let me know and I can friend you and send it to you/repost for you. FTLW

Happy New Year Ladies!   It is a clear and sunny morning here in the Ozarks, should get into the 50's today, just like yesterday.  Weird for this time of year!

Sincd ProudOfGar mentioned they'd earned a flag, I have been searching for one of the video's I'd watched once before that had information about the flags and how they earn them.  I can't find the video.  I know it was on this web site somewhere!

Does anyone know which video it is?

Happy New Year Ladies!!!!!  May it be filled with love, light, and many blessings:))))
