Well ladies of division 47 it looks like we did not get calls this weekend. I am sure many things change on a day to day basis at bootcamp and this must be one of them.  I am not sure why my son thought they would get to call this weekend, but lets remember no news is good news so at least we know they are all ok. Tomorrow will be their day 3, week 5. I heard from one of the ladies the date and time of battlestations but I can't post it here for safety reasons. If you still need this date, just private message me and I will send it to you.

I got a letter today that was written on 1/3. He said it was 3 degrees there that day and very wind. You have to remember my boy is from Arizona, so that is COLD. He said Hell week went real well. Did any of you ladies get letters, ok share your data. My son's letter was way to short and didn't get me enough data.

Serena actually wrote me a few letters since New Year's.  She says she looks spiffy in her dress blues, even though the pants fit her like "mom jeans" she said (lol)  One of the RDC's is from Jamaica, she thought that was pretty interesting.  She thinks bootcamp isn't too bad.  She doesn't think her pictures will turn out that well because she had pink eye in BOTH eyes when pics were done.  Did any other SR's mention having pink eye?  She said most everyone in their division got it.  She is looking forward to Battlestations and going to "Ricky Heaven"  They can get phone calls, internet for a fee, fast food, etc. LOL!  Her biggest thing she has mentioned in a couple letters is she really wants a hug :(  So when you get to grab you SR and get to the hotel, give them a few big bear hugs :D  It's LESS THAN 3 WKS NOW MOMS!!!   We are almost there!!!!

We received a voicemail on Friday (while we were in California for my husband's mom's funeral), that our SR has been set back two weeks.  We just returned home late last night, and I got the vmail this morning.  We know nothing other than that, and the not knowing is terrible.  I'm just praying he's physically okay.  I'm sure no matter what the reason, he must be so disappointed not to be graduating with the SR's he's trained with since he's been there.  My heart is just breaking for him, and while I can do nothing to help him at the moment, I can lift him in prayer.  Very thankful to be able to do that.

I'm so sorry I won't be meeting you ladies I've been conversing with for the last few weeks.  = (

Sorry to hear that Patrick's Mom :(  Start getting to know some of the ladies from the new PIR group he will be with.  Praying that your boy is doing ok.

Thank you so much CoMom92.  I will definitely do that, although rignt now I don't even know what ship or division he's been moved to.  I have however joined the 2/10 PIR group.  Thanks for your prayers!

Patrick's mom, I sent you a message look in your in box.

Can someone private message me the password to print off my pass to get on the base. My form letter didn't have it and when I wrote my son he doesn't know it. Each person within the same division is given the same password. Don't post it on the board because I don't want to ask someone to do something they shouldn't.

Thanks,

My letter didn't have one either.  I think we may have to ask our kiddos about it.

I asked my son and he said he doesn't know it.

Havent seen or heard anything about the password yet.  I do know within 11 days of the graduation date, we can print it out off the base website.
