Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Me too! What's your boyfriend's name? Maybe they are getting to know each other. I read a whole letter about graduation on great lakes naval website. My boyfriend left the 4th but after graduation he gets an extra day before he ships out because he is going to school before he actually serves.

I'm sure they will. My boyfriend's name is Secundino. We call him Dino for short. What's your boyfriend's last name? Dino goes to South Carolina for A school. He's in the nuke program and has to go to school for his specific job for a year and half before his 4 years of serving. What about your guy, will be leaving after graduation or does he go to A school too?

You may want to take his last name down! we aren't supposed to share names on the site because their RDCs can link them to the site and they can get "in trouble" for it! just a heads up :) My bf is going to Groton, CT for A school !
