My fiance is both, in this ship and division. Can anyone guess when we should be getting our first letters from them?

I'm HOPING they got to send mail out yesterday since monday was a holiday... So I'm going to be checking my mail tomorrow and friday and saturday lol but if not this week then SURELY by next!

The suspense is killing me! I've been checking my mail everyday, as well as sending him letters. I can't wait until March!

I know, it's killing me too! I'm so anxious to hear from him! I've been sending letters as well.. I've sent 12 so far lol and March can't get here fast enough

Oh, gosh. I've already sent him eighteen, but I love to write anyway. lol. Do you know where yours is going to A-school yet?

haha! Yes, he is going to Groton, CT. What about yours?

He is staying in Great Lakes. I think he's becoming an OS. Something like Operation Specialist. lol.

That's cool! Are you anywhere close to Great Lakes? How long does his a-school last?

It won't let me reply to your last post for some reason but no I'm not close to Groton at alll.. lol We live in TN. He is going for ET and will probably be Groton for a year and a half or so :/

It wouldnt let me reply to yours either.. Anyway, I heard if your married and they have to be in A-school longer then 6 months you can go too. I don't know your situation, but either way you can always visit him. Even if it is far away.

yes, that is true. If you are married and their A-school is longer than 6 months you can go too. We have talked about it but we will just have to wait and see what happens after boot camp :) but no matter what I will definitely have to visit.

My boyfriend is ship 11 division 081. He left on the 9th. I am really hoping his form letter comes soon! I want a definite date to start getting excited for! I am hoping right now that it's March 9th, based on everything else that I have seen.
