Hello all fellow shipmothers, girlfriends, best friends, aunties, grammas, sisters, etc...

Just wondering who is in the same ship and division as my son.  I live in Wisconsin and will be staying at the Navy Lodge for the PIR ceremony.

My son will be going to Groton after PIR.  I haven't gotten a phone call from him yet but am excited to hear from him.

It's good that my son isn't the only one.  He told my husband that the division did well on some written test and they were able to carry an extra flag, which apparently is a big deal.  In fact, my SR got to hold one of the flags!

Chris too!!  Whoo hoo for sticks!

he also said something about a four and four training for the flag...not sure what that is maybe thats the test?

Is that what the flags are, sticks?   So...those two must know each other, I mean if there are only 3 flags being carried?  Or...do they march multiple times during the week?  I am so not-knowing!

My son said he is also a flag carrier he said he was first flag whatever that means.

cool! so they must know each other!!!

Anyone going to be playing Trivia Tuesday for our division tomorrow?????

i won't be able to, will be on my cell and that didn't work out for me last week.

I forgot what Trivia Tuesday is, but if it involves doing anything on the internet, I won't be able to do it at work.  Our cell phones are not allowed and we have limited access to the internet.  But good luck....

do we have a fb forum for our division?

found it...feel free to friend me.

i am so excited to get the call yesterday from my son; he is drawing the flag with two other guys for the graduation! he had wisdom teeth cut out; now they will get a little more free time on thursdays to write. i know ya'll were excited to.

can someone tell me what the color is for? are you doing scarves or just wearing something pink at graduation?

thank you
