Hi Leslie, whatever the majority wants to do is fine with me. Although, I'm not sure if I have a purple scarf I know my  daughter (15) does.  We'll have to fight for it. Lol

Purple it is:) I don't have one either. I am thinking of ordering one from lala ribbons or looking for a silky type one. My daughter wears scarfs all the time but I don't have any!

Well, you may have to fight her for it! lol I went shopping today and was looking for 3 purple scarves. I ended up with one solid purple, and one that has purple and blue on it! I couldn't believe it was that hard to find them! They are going out of season already around here and not that many scarves were available:/  I am glad we decided on the scarves tho, because I wouldn't have taken one otherwise and today, Elaine said they are a must because of the cold there! I have only been in Texas Winter so this is all new to me! I am hoping March will not be so bad tho!

Okay, so I am a little pissed off right now!!! My son sent TWO letters to his girlfriend and they were completely different from what he wrote to me. I feel like he is protecting me from what he really feels and I am not a baby to be protected. I just want him to feel like he can be real with me about the ups and the downs!!! I am so going to whoop his butt when I get my hands on him in March. I sent him a "come to Jesus" letter today so we will see how well he listens to my letter!!! LITTLE BRAT!!!

This is why I am glad my son doesn't have a girlfriend, it would drive me crazy if he wrote her instead of me!  Thankfully when he does get one, I will be able to call/e-mail him.  LOL

Doreen,

He wrote to me and I am so happy that she and I are close enough that she will share her letters with me as I do with her. I am just irritated that he didn't say what was going on in his Division to me like what he did with her. He is protecting me and I don't like it. UGH!!! Just wait until I get him on the dang phone!!!

Now, I'm worried.  Can you share any of the differences?  I would like to know what things "really" are like. The good and the bad.  Whatever you're comfortable sharing.  I'm just so curious.

I am glad yall are close and can share that with each other:) It would be so much harder if you two weren't!

oh no:( I am so sorry! I know that has to be so frustrating! I can see my son doing that as well. He would want to 'protect' me and not want me to worry! I sure hope it isn't too bad:(  I sure hope the mold together quickly and learn that until they do it is going to be tough! I hope he will be honest with me and let me know what is really going on! I haven't received any more letters yet. I am hoping I will get one soon! Would be nice if it came tomorrow since I have to work Wed thru Fri I wont be home to get it and my husband will probably get it! He has received everything first because of me being at work:/ Oh well, I am just glad to get to hear from him either way!:)

Oh, also Bearsmom, they want you to put our color in our div name. I went looking for purple scarfs today. Found one solid and had to get one that had blue and purple:/ I didn't realize how hard finding a purple one would be!!:/ Hope all will be able to find one! I still have one more to get!

Leslie, After reading your comment to Bearsmom I changed my name. Is that what y'all are looking for? I've changed my user name atleast 3 times. I hope I've gotten it right this time.

lol, 3rd time has to be the charm, right? :) That will work. I was telling Bearsmom because she is the one who started our group and is the one that can change our group name to include the color:)  I got to go meet a mom from N4Ms today! It was so nice to get to meet someone that has been there done this!:) Her husband is a retired Navy man, her son and daughter both are in the Navy right now. She lives just about 20 miles from me so we met up today for lunch!:) We sat there for 2 hours talking and could have stayed another 2 if not more! lol Have you gotten your flight scheduled already? She had recommended going into Milwaukee, but I have already reserved my flight. She said it is easier driving to and from than going from Midway (which is where I will be going into:-/) Not looking forward to that part! Praying it won't be too bad when we have to drive it!:)

Leslie, we are driving from SC. Should be interesting. Don't know if we are leaving on Wednesday night or Thursday early am.  We have a store that is close by that has all of there accessories, including scarves sorted by color, so I'm going to give that place a try. Otherwise, I may get my step-mom to knit one for me. She can knock 'em out pretty fast.  My 15 year old daughter has no skills in that arena, but she can play a mean trumpet. lol  :) I bet it was fun chatting with someone with so much experience.
