I may revisit the motel thing too...and I am going to check with Sarge to see how much him shuttleing us would be.

Debra - have you called sarge?  He has a shutted and he gives a great price.

I just talked to sarge..it is $3 per person from the navy lodge. I have 8 going...financially would it be better to have him do it? or change motels, I will lose out on the kitchen if I change to Ramada for $79...

JackieQ.

My hotel charges 3 dollars a person also.  What does Serge charge and do we have to make reservations with him now or at the meet and greet??   Serge reccomended the Spring Hill Marrott, So thats were we went.

the $3/person is what Sarge quoted me. He also recommended Spring Hill to me but I really wanted a kitchen and he said they don't have that there, not for $66/night.  We are driving so its not really a big deal, my hubby just doesn't want to drive onto base..wait in the long traffic line. But there is the metro parking accross the street...

not sure about the reservations.

$3/person is a great price, I think.  We only have me and my husband anyway. I'm assuming that's round trip from the lodge to PIR and back again.  And, won't we have our sailors with us right after graduation for the day?  Now I don't know what to do, so far Navy Lodge has been the best price....

We are staying at the Mariott Courtyard also. We got our room for $74 a night.

Booked at the Quality Inn for 79 a night. I am thinking of changing to the Navy Lodge. Has anyone stayed there before?
