Okay, who is going to go to a meet and greet from our division? I planned on going to Sarge's but I am not sure yet. And who is staying at the Navy Lodge? Just wanted to find out who is going to be where. :)
Also, what the heck does a proud Navy mom wear to such an important event? LOL!!!
I will be staying at the Navy Lodge Thursday and Friday night!! :)
Are you flying in or driving?? Don't know if I'll be going to the meet and greet though I would like to!
And what to wear...I am clueless myself!! LOL
Staying at the Navy Lodge on Thurs and Fri. too!!!!!! I am flying in to O'Hare on Thursday. Plane lands at 4:30. If I go to the meet and greet you are welcome to tag along. :)
I think I will just wear ..... crap.... I don't know!!!!
Thanks!! I'll be wandering around Chicago since I'll be there 12:30 in the afternoon..after that I may meet you at the navy lodge and head with you to the meet and greet if you still decide to go! :) What time is it exactly?
If Lady Gaga can pull off a meat dress, I guess crap could work, but how are you going to counteract the smell Rashell?
OMG!!!!!! I about wet my pants when I read that.As it was, I was drinking Mountain Dew and it came out my nose!! Thanks, Linda!!!! I was thinking about using a lot of those pine car air fresheners or MASSIVE amounts of Lysol!!!
I'm reading your posts and I'm cracking up over here!! Ya'll are too funny!! ;)
I'm here to put a smile on your face and Mountain Dew up your nose any way I can. ;)
It is important to accessorize so I would totally go with the air fresheners. LOL
Got a phone call from my SR last night. Bad news, he failed his run by about a minute. He tries again Wednesday. They moved him to FIT. He sounded like he wanted to cry. I told him to do his best Wednesday cause I am ready to see him. If he passes then he can graduate Friday. So close to being finished, I know he is heartbroken.
I am so sorry this has happened to your SR. This is absolutely heartbreaking. This run was my biggest fear for my son. Did he mention if he can still do BS and then do the run again on Wednesday?
