Anyone else have a loved one in Ship 9 Division 091?  My son left 01/17/2012.  He will be going to Pensacola for his A school.

mom2kandg - To clarify....if that is your recruits last name, in the post further up...yes, you will need to remove it please TY!

What a great idea. I love it. I am so proud of them.

18 days and counting.  I had a letter waiting in the mailbox when we got back in town last night.  It was great to hear from him again.  He said they had a total of 9 hits for Marlinspike but finished under the time limit so that added to their score.  He said one hit cost them 5 hits, so it must have been a doozy.  He said he was getting the Ricky crud again and trying to not have to go to SIQ.  We're praying he doesn't have to.  I'm guessing since I haven't gotten a call, everything is alright.  They should be on day 4-4 today which is almost the end of Hell week.  They should start firefighting on Wednesday according to the time schedules I have read from previous recruits.  This next week should be easier for them, I hope anyways.  I hope you all have a great week.  And don't forget tomorrow is Trivia Tuesday on the RTC FaceBook page.  Wouldn't it be great to see a picture of our SR's?

I still have not figured out how to get to that facebook page. Can anyone help me?

Received another letter today.  He's in really good spirits, but sick of being sick.  Passed his PFA with flying colors and got perfect on his PI and WTI.  What a boost for the morale.  I hope they all had the same luck.  He hasn't written about any ribbons or flags though.  I hope they are earning their flags.  Has anyone's SR said anything about this?  Here's praying that everyone got letters and good news in them.

What is a PFA

Never mind I figured it out. I have my fingers crossed too.  We are a team now.

It's Trivia Tuesday!  I would love to see our SR's.  Let's go 09/091!  I think I figured out a work around for my work computer, but we shall see.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed.  Today is their last day of Hell Week.  They should be really excited about that.  I'm excited that 2 weeks from right now, I will be on the road heading North.  I hope everyone is having a great day.  Let's make it better by winning Trivia Tuesday.  :)

That question was a hard answer to find...better luck next week!  3/16 is almost here ladies:)

Hi everyone!  I just got on this website (better late than never) but after reading through this blog I'm worried about our division.  My daughter is in 09 - 091.  I did receive a letter today and she told me they earned a flag (I'm not exactly sure what this all means) but obviously it's good!!  Her letter was date 2-23 so it looks like they got to write last Thursday.  She seems excited but she hasn't told me alot about how the division as a whole is doing.  I'm hoping they tell all the divisions they are the worse just to mess with them.  If anyone hears anything more about how the division is doing, please share.  She is hoping to call soon and I'm going to ask about the division, I'll let you know what she has to say.  Can't wait till 3/16!!!!!

Welcome to the site!!!!    They did real well in the marlinespike test, with time to spare  we heard!!!!

Welcome to 09/091, my son had said awhile ago that they were having a hard time, but his letters lately have not said anything.  I pray for them every night.  By now hopefully they are all working together !
