Is there anyone with a SR Ship 2 Div 919?  If yes, please comment on the status of your SR and your experience here.  My son is there.  We are from Texas.  I've already made our reservations at the Residence Inn.  I've been doing a lot of reading online and found that this place has nice 2 bedroom 2 bath suites with full kitchen.  I also spoke with a lady online that verified there is a wonderful free full hot breakfast and that he graduation is only 4 miles or so away from the hotel.  The online site state the suite will accommodate 6 comfortably.  I haven't gotten tickets yet as I'm watching the rates.  I've seen prices  fall as low as 200 RT.  However the deadline for use was prior to my departure date.  Chime in if you are going and will be staying at the same hotel.  Maybe we can have a meet and greet night at the hotel or something.  Can anyone tell I'm extremely excited about PIR and getting to see my SR turn Sailor.  Yeah!

Hi everyone. I was out of the country for a couple of days. I miss a lot of information, I got a letter from my son and a phone call. It's good to have news. I miss him so much

Hi Maria, Glad to see you back safe. I no your feeling. Brooklyn called home valentines night and we were already in bed, so we missed the call:(( Just looking forward to that "MOM IM A SAILOR" call. I WILL NOT miss that one. My phone now goes to bed with me. You never know when you might get a call again.

Hi brooklinsmom, thanks for your words, I hope you get your phone call soon, just a few more days to see our sailors, God bless you.

Hi Maria, welcome again. just a few days left to see our sailors soon.

Hi Pam, how are you. Just a few days more to see our sailors. Como escribes tan bien en Ingles? Despues de tantos anios yo todavia cometo muchos errores. Buena suerte a ti.

11 Days till Graduation...You can now print off the Vehicle Gate Passes (password for doc. access can be found in the SR form letter) :) Only 11 more days!! So Excited!!!

I have a major problem, that line with the password is blank.  I went to the rcruiters office and they do not understand what I am talking about...can someone help me PLEASE>>>>

Call the RTC public affairs at 847-688-2405 and they will help you with password. You can try writing him to see if he can send you the password in his next letter...not sure how long it takes for you to get mail from your sailor. (Takes 4 business days for us)

Did you fix your problem?

Thank you to the special mom that helped me out....cant wait to meet so many of you

Hi, My daughter is in Ship 2 Div 919. She's kind of hard not to miss, she's 6' tall and really skinny. She's from CA. I just found this facebook thing last week and I'm learning how to navigate through it. I've never used facebood before. We actually have family that lives a mile or so from the base and will be staying with them. It's good to know where you will be staying and which Meet and Greet you will be going to. We already have our plane tickets and we are still trying to figure out what our plans are going to be. My daughter seems to be having a great time so far. We have gotten several letters. It sounds like they are doing great. The girls only have one request, I am to bring bags of miniature chocolate candy bars. They are craving chocolate so bad. lol! We miss her so much. Our youngest will turn 8 on the 16th as well and she misses her sissy the most and can't wait. Our son is in the Air Force and he is going to come so it's going to be a family reunion.
