We will be attending our son's graduation soon.  The letter we received contained information about what was needed to get on base...drivers license or gov't issue photo i.d. for those 13 years and older and birth certificate for those under 13.  What does this mean for my 15 year old daughter?  What do we need for her to get on base?  Thanks for any help you can give me regarding this.

Does your daughter have a school id with picture on it?  that's all she needs.

Thanks to those who replied regarding bringing our 15 year old daughter's birth certificate...I appreciate it.  I have one more question.  We will be borrowing a car when we go to the graduation since ours has been acting up lately and we will be traveling from North Carolina.  As long as we have the registration and proof of insurance for that car, will that be acceptable?  Thanks for any help regarding this.

My daughter was 16 when we attended my son's PIR.  It was during the summer and she didn't have a school id yet.  I wasn't able to get a state issued photo id because my sister had her social security card and there was not enough time for her to mail it to me and get the photo id in time for PIR.  I e-mailed the PAO office and they said she would get in with a copy of her birth certificate and social security card.  I took a copy of the e-mail and her birth certificate and social security card, and had no problem getting her in.
