Wow.. I hope he gets it soon so he doesn't think im not gonna write. :(

Writing a couple of letters with printed pictures and my daughter's favorite local hockey updates to her today.  I so would love to hear from her.

That's actuallt what I was thinking, lala (the one who does the scraves for most groups) has scarves that are navy blue with gold anchors on them. If that's a good option we can go ahead and stake our claim to it?

like the idea..should no one have any objections...I'd say stake claim, sweetie!

How exactly does it work with getting these scarves? And what is the purpose? To rep the divison and ship at the graduation?? Sorry this is all new to me so I have tons of questions lol :)

Will do shermur:) and tiffany. It doesn't have to be these scarves specifically, but most groups go through lala ribbon queen. She has her own company and makes specific scarves for 8/13/20 dollars depending on what you want. But most divisions wear specific colors scarves to represent their division, and identify other members on here when we get to PIR

Oh Neat!!

Last Names of Sailors/Recruits are not allowed on the N4M's site. Please modify the link so your SR's last name does not show. If you cannot modify it..then you will need to remove it please.TY.

My daughter is on that ship:)  Just got her's yesterday from her dad.  He sent me a copy of her little letter to him and the whole form address.  (we are divorced) it was so awesome!  I wrote a letter right away.  I read one mom say that since it can take a while for letters to get to them, it was a good idea to number the outside of the envelope so they can read them in order.  Clever!  Good luck and hope to hear more from you on this "roller coaster"!

Just received a letter today from my son! So happy to finally hear from him. Everything sounded fine :)

@lmcjjc  I am so HAPPY for you! No letter here yet still..... waiting.

So jealous
