My son just graduated from BC on 3/2. I was so excited when I saw all the other mothers with the photos of their sailors in their uniforms that the RTC took. I asked my son if he ordered the package that  I told him to order so that I could have photos. He said that HE decided NOT to order the photos of him in his uniform because he felt that HE didn't look good enough in that photo!! UGH!!! I was so mad!!

So, I talked to Christa in the photo dept. there and she said that I could order photos of both poses but had to order a package before the other pose would be offered. Okay..... so, I am going to do that. There were TWO poses and he chose not to order either. Little brat!! Well, Mommy has news for him!!! I AM GOING TO ORDER THEM ANYWAY!!! (Where is the sticking out my tongue smiley icon when I need it!!!)

Any who...... for those of you that did not get to get the photos for whatever reason. I am posting the order form here and you can order. I just want to help you out so that you don't end up in the boat that I am in!!!

Love y'all!!!

Thank You....When are they asked about ordering photos? I need to make sure I tell my son to order them. So there are 2 poses that they can chose from?

Actually - the BC photos were pretty horrible of my son, but he ordered them anyway  per my request.  Then, when he got to his A School location, they took some more which were wonderful!  I now am the proud owner of both and the displayer of one.  They do take two shots and give them proofs, both of my son were just terrible.  He looked (and was) exhausted and sick at the time.

I wouldn't trade them, and they are in the scrapbook, but not lovely to put on the wall or display in my office.  So - if you missed out, don't feel too badly, just ask your Sailor to head over to the Nex when he gets to his next location and take some more.

How do we know when to order the pictures?   When do they normally have the pictures taken?  Will we get the photos before we leave to PIR?

Thanks Rashell for this attachment and the information!!!

My daughter graduates on 3/16 I think she order photos.  If she did  when do we get them?
