Does anyone have a boyfriend/fiance/husband that has advanced technical field aircrewman as their job? That specific job can be split into about 6 different jobs, haha. So that doesn't help alot I know. But does anyone know typically how long A school is for them? On his navy sheet there is nothing below 7 weeks, besides a 2 week school in california. Any bit of information would be wonderful. Thanks (:

and that is a list of his possible jobs but if i know my boyfriend he is going to probably be aiming towards AW, he also wants to do rescue swimmer.

You need to find out which rate (job) he will be.  AT is a very long advanced school, with a school before A school and a C school after.  Other rates have A schools which are closer to two months.

However long his school is, expect him to be at P-cola somewhat longer.  He has to go to base indoc, wait until a class forms up, which varies from a week to more than a month, and then there's always delays and holds for something.

If you are trying to figure out when he graduates from A school, there is no way to know unless you know his rate, find the group here for that, and get current info on the additional training and estimated hold times.

Navy sheet? There's lots of paperwork, what's the form number?  (Look at the bottom). If he's in boot camp already, he isn't "aiming" toward a rate, he's signed up for it already.
