Thanks I will go there as well.

My son is also in Ship 11 Division 232.

Nice to meet you. Did you get your letter today?

We got our letter yesterday. Did you get yours today?

I did. Stood in the road and cried happy tears. I looked for his note first. He sounds good. How was your boy? Wesley even sent a note to his brother that made us laugh. He says, "Gotham isn't as cool as he thought it would be". Gotham was their code word for Chicago because of a video game.

He sounded good. It was good they got to write a short note! I mailed the letters I had written this morning so hopefully he will get them soon.

Have you gotten any other letters yet. I keep checking and hoping. Maybe a phone call soon. I know it is probably early for all that, but I sure do wish for one. He was not one to talk a lot in the past, short answers at times, so I sent him a checklist today. Just in case he really didn't want to write.

Hope you are doing well.

Hi, we got our first letter today. As of 6/17 they still had not received any mail. They had pulled their mail but not given them out. He is not much of a writer either so was glad to hear something. Hopefully, you will get a letter in the next couple of days. We are in the Nashville, TN area.

take care!
