OK so i just joined this group i am hoping to meet other moms who have loved ones in our same ship/division..i dont know about anyone else but i am going crazy not having any contact with my daughter and i cant help but wonder how she is doing in there. All I have received so far was the box but no notes:( My daughter just graduated high school in May and is only 17 but this is what she wanted to do so i have to let her grow up its letting go that is the hardest! I hope to hear from other mom's too!

and our guys are training together!!!! Thats AWESOME!!! I was told that 245 & 246 are "Brother Groups"!! Ive not gotten a form letter yet but I am led to believe 8/10 is their graduation date!!!

PLANS PLANS!!!

Maybe us moms with kids in same divisions can meet for dinner the 9th!!! That would be really neat!!

Hi all you moms,

So happy to find out what ship and div. my son is in. He is also in with the brothers group. Hi Wadesmomship! The recuiter gave me the wrong address (ACOURSE) thanks to this site I knew better to send out letters. I recieved my box; so sad! No note, nothing. I thought maybe a smile face or something on the form letter, NOPE. But with all of you moms I know it will make it better getting through the next 6 WEEKS!. It's hard, but I quess we have no other choice. Have a great day ladies,

WE LOVE OUR SAILORS!

You all please also stay on this discussion page and the main PIR page also.  Although many of us N4Moms veterans are also on FB personally, many of us really like to stay on here with Navy "stuff."  So we will sharing PIR info, etc on the PIR page here.

Absolutely!!! Wouldnt have it any other way!!! Its just a bit difficult to navigate this site at times.. Ive seen many comments about the difficulty of communicating on here, so I figured it may be easier via facebook!!!

Navy4Moms kept me SANE when my son went to boot camp (PIR1/27)  Now I have another one off, I'll be here.  ok---  off topic-- is there a similar USMC site you recommend?  MY son is leaving in 2 weeks for PI.   (I'll have 2 in basic, simultaneously.  oh lord....)

Thanks!!

Oh you poor woman!!! I am GOING OUT OF MY MIND WITH ONE!!!! But how proud you must be!!!! I have 3 children, well, 2 and a stepson, but he is mine too!!! However, the one that is there now is MY BABY!!! I do have the stepson still at home, but he doesn't spend too much time with me, so I feel like an empty nester now..

Good luck to your and all of yours!!!!

Still looking for Mom's to join our group!!! Please let me know your name from here, or your name on facebook, so I can connect the dots and know who you are. I feel its necessary to keep it a true closed group so our kids are kept as safe as possible. I dont know why anyone would want to access our kids info, but you just never know.

Thanks for understanding and I really look forward to more folks on our facebook page!!!!

Very good idea!!  Thank you!

On the way now to accept!!! Thanks for the join!!!
