USS Stennis, and yours? how do you like it there? do you live on or off base? we decided to live off base but not sure what areas to look into for apts, any suggestions? :)
he's currently still in A school, he graduates on the 1st of Aug and has another three weeks of training after graduation so I'm guessing sometime in September. I sent you a friend request so that I can message you for the email. thanks a lot NavyWife!!
Hey, I live in Oak Harbor, Washington. But I'm 2 hrs away lol

Hi! I'm Emily :)

I'm moving to the Bremerton area in... 3 days! Woot woot!

They are getting ready to deploy. My husband joined the ship midway through their last deployment after he finished his school. He drove from SC to Washington and then a few days later was flown out to the ship.

I am hoping to get a job out there, and I'll be attending classes to finish my Bachelor's degree also. :)

Shoot me a message when you guys get up in the area and we can meet up sometime! :)

hi Emily!
I will def mesg you once we get there, I will love to meet new ppl in the area. I believe my husband will also be flown out to the ship, he's still in training and won't be done until September just have to wait and see how it goes.

I can't help you, but I can say I LOVE Bremerton.  You are so lucky.  That is where my dad was stationed when he was in the Navy and we went to Seattle a couple years ago and took the ferry over and I LOVED it.  He took us all around looking at his old hang outs and what not.  And how lucky to just be a ferry ride away from Seattle.  Definitely jealous.  My boyfriends ship is currently in Norfolk and about to be moved to Jacksonville, Fl.  Florida is nice, but I love the west coast! :-)

Hello!! Im close to Bremerton but Im not sure if Im going to be staying here. My husband just left for boot camp on July 3rd. Silverdale is close to Bremerton and thats where the mall is and also costco....and also lots different housing.. I know some people live in Poulsbo and commute to Bremerton 25min ish drive. Poulsbo is cute and has lots of housing options. I live in Kingston which is like 35-40 min from bremerton but if you ever need to talk Im here :)

My husband just got stationed there in bremerton and is also on the Stennis, ill be moving up there when they come back from deployment!! how was the last deployment did it feel like it went by fast?
