My son is Ship 12/Div 285.  So happy to get to know you all.  Anyone else have a sailor that needed wisdom teeth out?  Has anyone received a personal letter from their sailor yet?

We also have a big family and were told that there might be a way to get every one of his siblings to PIR, but not sure how.  Anyone been through this?

My son is Ship 12, Div 285!  He will be going to to A School in Great Lakes.  Definitely going to PIR and have booked two rooms at The Navy Lodge.  I am so excited!

Your son is with mine.  We will also be at PIR.  Have you heard from him, other than the box and form letter?

No, not yet.  Hopefully soon though.  Have you?  I read somewhere it would probably be during week 3 that we get one. Do you know if they'll have liberty on Sunday too if A School is @ Great Lakes?  I'm trying to decide about travel dates.
