For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Whew! It has been a long week...
I never thought I would be so happy to see my mail lady today as i was when I saw her sprinting through my yard waving it in the air...LOL.... I have been stalking her daily, I'm shocked she hasn't maced me yet :)

I have a son on Ship 13 Div 309. I was also excited to see the letter in the mail. Could not wait for my husband to get home to open it together. Although there was nothing personal from my son, I did get enough information to satisfy me for now.

Oh you're a much better person than i am... I ripped it right open and THEN woke my husband up..ha! There was nothing personal from my son either... but thats ok.. it was a treat to see something from him...I'll take the "Fill in the blanks".... for now :)

Oh Colleen you are to funny....your poor mail lady...we just moved so I do not know my mail person yet, but we had the best mail lady at our house ...our dog diesel would jump into the front seat of her car cause he knew there were treats in there..she would take him for a few more houses and then bring him back.............
