Hi guys - I love reading everyone's comments, but would love to have the Brother/Sister Division members together. We know that our sons/daughters/husbands/wives/girl-boyfriends are all going through training together and helping each other out. So...hi...! :)

Hi there. My daughter is on the same ship and in the same division, so nice to meet you.
My son is also in the same ship/div. He left on July 2nd. We have received three letters so far, no phone call yet. He got one chance last Wednesday, but it was so short he said in his letter by the time he got all the numbers entered he ran out of time. He said he might get a chance to call again in a week or so.
Hi mblue - welcome! We have members that bounce back and forth between here and a FB group. Let me know if you are interested, and I will send you the link.
269 got a 2 minute call last Wednesday. I can see with being nervous about having someone shouting at you about how much time you have, plus trying to enter all the numbers you need to use for a calling card, that he may have run out of time.
I am also on FB.
Very true about the calling card, he has never had to use one, he always had his cell phone. It's my mistake, I probably should had taken more time to show him. I ran through the steps with him, but I know those calling cards can be a pain.
I did get a 30 minute call from him last Saturday, it was so great to hear his voice, and know he is doing great.

Hi Tomilue, my son is also on ship 12 div 270. He left July 2nd, from OH.
Hi Wendy mom of 3 troops, my son is in 12/270. We are in Ohio also. Painesville, which is 30 miles east of Cleveland. If you want to swap info let me know.
So excited to talk with other moms who have son's 12/269 also from Ohio. His girlfriend hears more from him than I have but she keeps me infromed of some of the things he says.
