My son is on ship 11 division 279.  Just got the letter day before yesterday.  I'm a little overwhelmed with the thought of finding airline tickets, hotel and rental cars.  I don't know which airport to come into...just a little overwhelmed.  Couple of days and I'll be on it.  Can't wait to see my son.

Bumping on up to the discussion top side :)

Hi Rhonda1880,

My husband is on ship 11 division 280. I hope you've been successful in finding plane tickets, a hotel, and rental car. Only a couple more weeks until PIR! I truly cannot wait :)

15 more days!  I am so excited to see them all in the PIR!

I can't wait for PIR.  It's going to be so awesome!

I have a question how many are going to the Ramada Meet and Greet and Sarge's Meet and Greet. Righ now I was just planning on going to Sarge's. I talked to him on the phone and he sounded just like everyone said...He is very imformative. We are also staying at The Courtyard and His place is closer than the Ramada. I really want to meet you all, but I also want to go to bed early too (not that my excitement will alow me to sleep)? LOL

I am at the ramada, thought i would start there and try and end up at Sarge's .  I also wrote my daughter that when we get there on Thursday, I am going to walk or drive (depending on distance) being one of those stalker mom's just trying to get a glimpse before the big day....

I hadnt really planned on going to sarges thing but then again I wasnt sure who was going to what and when.  So I guess it depends on what everyone else is doing. I would love to meet everyone as well.

are you planning on going to any of them?

Yes
I guess I was waiting to find out who was going where. I honestly forgot about sarges thing and was just going to ramada

maybe then i'll see you at the ramada

Yes ma'am. I will be there.
