I checked the mail and no letter for me either!  I find myself glued to this website looking for any hint of letters, PIR dates and info I can use to get to my son! My other two kids think I have lost my mind.  I am claiming temporary insanity until I get his address!!

Haha Kaulinsmom we are in the same boat

I got alex's address for his recruiter just a few minutes ago. and here is my problem on read on this site somewhere to double check the ship/division and address before sending a letter out. can anyone tell me how to check this? he is ship 9 division 342 address 3415 sailor dr. Great lakes, il 60088-3515

thanks

when they say double check, i think they are talking about when your letter comes... Im just waiting for the letter. They say the mail will eventually get to them but i dont want to chance it!!

yeah i was searching around on the site and i found someone said exactly what you did. thank you for help, guess im waiting as well.

Trust me. I know how you feel girl. Hang in they. We will get through this! ;)

No letter here either.. so frustrating!! Any way... went to the gym today and took kyle's ipod! I hit most played 25 and it was awesome. My kid is a perfect combo of me and his Dad with a little of his own flair thrown in there. I enjoyed todays work out more than any since he left last week. I cant wait to go tomorrow and see what else he has in store for me,lol... Hope everyone is having a great day. Grab your kids ipod and listen!! Really helped me!

No letter from Great Lakes for us either. How very sad.... I'm missing that kid....I sent a text message to him, funny it made me laugh. I love that you used Kyle's ipod at the gym, that's great, good idea. I wonder if our guys are missing us like we're missing them.
I'd like to think so but they probably stay very busy lol. I think we as moms win in the missing game! :). I'll miss him no matter what. I'd honestly like to believe they don't have time to miss us as much. That would make me sad to know he felt like this.

Well the sun is shining on this beautiful Wednesday morning, blue sky...I think this is the day we'll get our letters! Have a great day, ladies, its off to work time.

No letter for me today...
