Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 327 & 328. These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the main wall to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

We haven't had any letters for nearly 2 weeks and his phone call 11 days ago he said they wouldn't have time to mail their letters.  Hopefully we get 2 letters this week :)  I'll post all the pics that we have.   It's great that they are in the same div.  I love that they were stood next to each other at MEPS and end up in the same div.  We couldn't of planned it better if we'd tried :)  We have to get pics of them together at PIR in their uniforms.

I'm so excited to see them

thanks for everything this helps a lot...see you soon

Thanks FTLW for setting this up

Ship 9 Div 328 Good morning,  Have any of your SR's received any mail?  I got my first letter from my daughter yesterday and she mentioned that she has yet to receive any mail.  I have sent a least a dozen letters since we first got her mailing address from her recruiter.  40 Days and Counting down!

I spoke with my son on Monday and he hadn't gotten anything at that point.  I'm hoping by this week they have received some.  I've sent 15 plus first 7 again as they had wrong address and I was worried he wouldn't get them, so that makes a total of 22 lol.  He'll think I'm crazy I'm sure but I don't care :)

Stalking the poor mailman..... Waiting for that first lettter home ;)

Hi Everyone

Hoping we all get our mail and calls this week. I received my first letter yesterday. He said he adjusted quickly thanks to the time he spent in ROTC in high school and that he was able to impress the RDC's!.?  He said those who haven't adjusted are yelled at a lot. My son said he was just breezing thru and that bootcamp was not hard at all (he might not want me to worry?). He said he's always glad he can help those who have had a little trouble. Passed his swimming and a physical test was to follow.  He says he's a good marcher and that he can sound off (yell loud). He was also being so thankful for supporting him and giving him the values we did because that was why he was able to withstand the harshness of the RDC's  and the sadnes of being away from home. Well im so glad to hear he has been doing okay that gives me a Peace of Mind. : )

39 Days to goooo !!!

Yes! I got my letter on Friday... I was so happy My daughter is on ship9 div 327 too.

I got a letter and so did my 5 year old daughter. I don't think he had received his from us. His biggest complaint was that he gets no news of the outside world. Ladies that real letter is gonna be a huge relief to you. And I mean a huge relief.

Ship 09, Division 328 Heading out to mail my letters.  Wishing everyone a great week and hoping that we get calls.  Soon!
