Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 335 & 336. These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the main wall to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Oh...that's good! It gives me hope! I really need a letter...

Yesterday was by far the worst day for me...missing my hubby so much...it's harder than i could imagine.

We've never been apart in 8 years. Sometimes I just want to do nothing...just sleep and only wake up on the PIR day. It's hard...my God.

I know that I need to get motivated...for me, for my daughter, for my hubby...but it's really hard.

Sorry ladies, but I needed to say it. Maybe it helps me a little...

Hope you all have a great weekend, Dany.

Thanks faithsmom! It means a lot to me!!! I really appreciate your sweet words!

And guess what? I checked my mail...and finally got 3 letters from hubby! Two for me and one for our daughter! It's the best feeling ever! Knowing he's doing good, eating well...and lots of stuff going on there...

He also told me that as nobody knows how to pronounce his last name (our last name is hard to say), everybody call him as "Brazil"...( we're from Brazil)

He told me that someone's mom wrote to her daughter telling that became friends with me at Navy for Moms...I was wondering that could be you! ?

Anyway...I hope I can meet you all, give you a big hug, and thank you for the support.

I couldn't make it without this group!!!

Thanks once again, Dany.

Nice jewels67 !!! I Can't wait to meet you all!!! : )

Got a letter from my daughter and she is dick with pneumonia, s lot of recruit are sick in that division mostly colds from the change of weather, she said they keep their barracks cold especially at night, well they gave her lots of meds and was confined to quarters for a day which she took advantage and slept all day and felt better the next day, she missed one day of training and hated to missed the PT good thing it was a study class that she missed, she thinks she can catch up she is determined to PIR on time, glad she is doing okay and proud for all our recruits cannot wait the day 10/12...

The last couple days were really down days for me, but we got our letters today also and that was a wonderful "pick me up"!! She sounds upbeat and happy.  Said she loves the food and has made, as she put it a "ton of friends"  She passed her PFA and with all being said, sounds like I can sleep a little better this week.  Which is something I am in desperate need of!

Have a great weekend everyone!

Hello ladies, my son joined this division on Aug 30 after being in RCU for three weeks due to muscles in his back not being fully developed. I just received the letter today that he was declared FIT FOR FULL DUTY and this is his new division. Now I can finally book our flight and hotel being that I finally have an official graduation date!!!
Thanks....happy to be part of a division again.
Thanks for information...I will definitely look into booking there.
He arrived at boot camp on August 2.. It's been 5 weeks and I have gotten two phone calls, the first was to inform me that he was moved to RCU and the second was a 10 minute call that they allowed him to call and check on his family due to hurricane Issac. It was nice to talk to him that long. He was supposed to call again when he was released to full duty but we never got that call, just a letter a week later...so I'm hoping that they will all get to make phone calls tomorrow.

Has anyone received a phone call yet......I was hoping to get the 3 week call this weekend.

No call yet. But I am sure this week they will be doing as such. just do not want to miss it. I was hoping today would be our day. But keep praying that we will soon.
