Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 333 & 334. These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the main wall to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

We got a call today!!! i tried not to cry but my voice did crack  a lot!  It did put my mind at ease!

You know I did the same thing especially when I said goodbye and I love you! I know it was difficult for him too but, hey we got to talk some :)

We got a call today too, he said that some of their priviliges came back feels as though the unit is coming together.  Was so nice to hear his voice.  Talked for a while asked if I talked to his fiance told him everyday since he left I asked if he called her said he not sure if he could make another call so I called her on the other line to tell her he called she was so happy.

Still no call from my husband in DIV 334. In his letter dated from Labor Day he said they would be able to call in the next week and a half. Tomorrow makes a week and a half so it could be any time! I have received lots of letters from him. the last one was dated September 5th and I received it on September 10th. I am in Colorado..I have written him a letter everyday since he left, and he said he loves getting letters. Getting mail is like the best part of their day there. Sounds like he is doing good though. Can't wait to hear his voice again!

Super Cute Bunny Waving

Love this guy!

Another letter!! He 'sounded' upbeat. He said he did really well in all his testing and has even been helping the other guys with their studying and testing. He didn't say what type, but I'm sure they have a lot to remember and memorize. They haven't done the 'tear gas' experience yet, but he is synced up to get it over with! He did say not to worry when he doesn't write as often, but to keep the letter coming. He reads one each night, but I don't think he needs any help falling asleep as he says he is exhausted each night! He did ask what MOMs sons I know on the website and wondered if I knew any of his new friends but of course he give me any names. We might want to get our sons to tell other SRs to tell their moms about this website- I know I'd be crazy if I didn't have you ladies out there to 'talk' to. It's just good to share. Looking forward to PIR 10/12/12. It's only a month away!!!

29 Days... but who's counting :)

Got a second letter from my son yesterday. For some odd reason, since my son has left for BC, the mailperson has decided that I no longer need my mail at 2pm. It now gets delivered at 6pm. Rrrrrrr! LOL! He sounds good, but he says he is tired because some do not know to shut up at night. (I cut out some of the Sailor words he used. LOL!) He did say he had his 4 Wisdom teeth pulled recently but is getting thru it. Maybe he can catch up on sleep. Sure he can! (Sarcasm). It sure was great to hear from him. He had made the one call this week to his GF but she did not answer and he left a message. If I had not been on this site and heard that his Division was making calls, I would have never known because I had to call her to find out the day after he called, that she received the message. Communication is not her strong point! Hope everyone hears from their SR this week. Ship 14 Division 334... HooYah!!!!!

It sounds like my grandsons letter, hum

I am sooo happy that we got our first letter from our recruit grandson, .  I was trying real hard to be happy with the family letters sent to his dad, but I felt really sad inside. Even if we don't get another letter I will be happy because I know he loves us. I have almost read the ink off the letter, crazy huh.

I am so happy for you! Hopefully more to come :)
