Son left August 29th-anyone else have a recruit that left then?

My son left from KY on Wednesday the 29th.  Called us about 7:15 pm their time and was already at RTC.  Hopfully that meant a somewhat decent time to go to bed.  I rememeber when I 1st went to BC and we were kept up almost all night.

Our son left August 28th.  He is on Ship 12, Div 347.   Is your son in the October 26, 2012 graduation group?  We're from Montana and he arrived at RTC  a little after 11:00 pm our time. It didn't sound like there was going to be much sleep.

My understanding was that they kept them awake until their group was all present. My sons friend was up for 43 hours!

We received our phone call around 9:30 pm our time and I thought they might keep them up all night to get everyone on the same schedule. Ugh! I'm hoping we get a real letter from him this week so we know how he's doing. I was a happy camper just to get the box and form letter so we could flood him with mail. I sent him phone cards yesterday as we weren't aware of him needing them.

My son is in ship 11 div 349 and he is graduating on the 26th of oct. Cant wait. Still waiting on my three week phone call. Anyone get their call yet
