Welcome to the discussion group for division 822.

Be very aware when posting about your SRs who are in this division. Make sure you read the OPSEC rules (everyone should).

sjtina and a couple more ladies will be joining you to answer your questions about this "800" division. Although your SR is still in BC, what they are doing may be slightly different from what the other divisions in this training group are doing. It is also recommended that you go into your "settings" (clickable link on the right side) and change your privacy setting to "private" and change everything to friends only.

Please still use the main wall to post general questions, and concerns, such as meet and greet questions etc. Specific questions regarding the 800 division should be posted here.

We “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like to, and the ladies helping out with the 800 divisions don't always get to the main wall as often as they would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there ladies!!!

I live in TX now but come from FL. There are a few folks from FL in this TG but not necessarily the division.

who is attending Sarge's meet and greet? Would love to meet up with y'all!!! following a secret group on facebook...there are only 2 of us from ship 4 div 822...any of you on FB??

I have a Facebook account, message me the facebook group .. We are going to try to be at Sarge's meet and greet

I hope to make Sarge's meet and greet.  I am driving that morning to Marinette, WI to visit with aunts/uncles/cousins that I haven't seen in 20 years, so I may end up wanting to spend more time with them and foregoing the Meet & Greet--but I really want to meet all of you as we may end up being each other's family over the next few years.

Momma D's family & my family will be at Sarges Meet & Greet!!! :)

I'm just really confused and curious... For the guys who entered boot camp 8-13, what week are they in officially? I count this past Monday as the start of their 6th week, because they have been away from home for 6 weeks now. I've been trying to keep up with what my son is going thru on a week by week basis, but if the first week was counted as "p" days, then they should be in week 5 of their scheduled challenges, right? Any info will be greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance for your time!!!

Hi kmichelle. I've been trying to figure it out as well and I figured it the same as you. I'm just guessing that last week was Hell Week and this week may be firefighting skills??? That may be way off since the Spec Ops basic is different. I'd love to know.

You'd think they'd have a app for that!!!

LOL. You'd think, right?

Hi Robby's Mom, I really can't figure out all this stuff!!! There is just way too much info, in too many places, and some of it differs... The only thing I've seen for their schedule has just been a basic schedule, didn't mention anything for Spec Ops, so hopefully they're the same. I think this is the week they experience the gas... Hopefully they all make it thru that without any bad affects. I wish everything wasn't so secretive, but I do understand why it is. Just 3 more weeks and we get to see our NEW MEN!!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!

I know what you mean. There is A LOT of stuff and it boggles my mind, which isn't hard to begin with, lol. It doesn't help any that I just don't know my way around a computer. I've spent more time on this computer in the last two weeks than I have in thirty years. Thank God for a lot of helpful women who have guided me through. I'm excited that we are down to three weeks though. My emotions have changed from crying over fear and loss of my son's company to being happy and excited to get to PIR. I know the tears will flow again once we get there but it will be pride that brings them.

The "not knowing" is frustrating but I fully understand. I keep telling myself I have to adjust because this is just the beginning. Easier said than done, lol.

My SR said the first day for Hell Week started 09/14. If that is correct they should finish it tomorrow.
