B&E, thanks for sharing your letter. I like to hear about the others. In her last letter she did say she got marksman. A lot of people took three tries to pass and some still didn't. So your son must be at the top of the class. She said they had their pictures taken. The rest was chit chat (which is great) and what to bring her at graduation - like that cell phone so she can get on facebook right away.
Yes! My son is a sailor now. He called about 20 minutes ago to tell me the good news. He says there is one more thing to do before graduation and that is a run around the base. A victory lap? Graduation run? He says he wants to go and have a good meal with us on Friday. I want to see him so bad that it is hard to sit still and type.
Got back from the graduation. It was so wonderful to see our son. For his few hours of liberty he wanted to go eat a good meal. So we went to Chili's. We then went back to the hotel and within 15 minutes he was asleep. He said he had to get up very early to catch a plane to his A-school.
Congrations to all the moms and girlfriends in 303. Thanks for all your support and friendship through bootcamp.
