I am so ready for our phone calls today!  It was so nice talking to my son on Saturday.  He sounded so good.   His status on facebook Sunday was In Recruit Heaven watching football and eating junk food..very good day!  It made me happy to know that he enjoyed at least one day in boot camp.

So how is your son posting on FB?

I guess they have computers in NEX or recruit heaven that is what my son called it. They apparently have been doing better and they had an easy day Sunday.

They can purchase computer time after BattleStations.  That is when some get on FB while they are waiting for the phones.

Well we have been on the road since 3:23 am today. We are now 3 hrs outside of Cleveland Ohio. The ride doesn't seem to be to bad. When we get to Ohio we are stopping for the night and then back on road tomorrow after breakfast. I just keep saying we are closer and closer to seeing our Sailor. I hope everyone is having a safe trip to see there sailors see you all on Friday for the big DAY:)

We arrived an hour ago, had some lunch and I am sitting in myhotel room (courtyard Marriott)  Think I'm going to lay down for a few then get ready for meet and greet.  I forgot about the one hour difference in time.  Soooo close to seeing our kids  ( and yes they will always be our kids)

What a wonderful evening at Sarge's meet and greet.  We had a great time.  Navy families are the best.  I recommend this for any family coming for PIR.  Sarge is a lifeline 24/7.  Now it's time to get some rest.  IT's been a long day and tomorrow will be very busy.
