My son left from MD on Sept 13 too! I got the call @3 am friday and got the box Sept.19. I still have not received the form letter but his recruiter emailed me his address and PIR date. I hope he gave me the correct information because I already sent a letter, lol. Michelle were you there the day he left?
YES!! I also got the box on the 19th!! I still haven't received the letter either and I am getting more and more distraught by the day without it!! My recruiter says he knows nothing yet - but im not so sure im buying that!! YES i was there when he left - were you?? What information did the recruiter give you?? Can you share?? Private?
Yes, I was there with my daughter and granddaughter. I think we were the only 2 families there. His recruiter just gave me his address and a PIR date of 11/9. I would still feel better if I received the letter but I'm sure it will come soon. What part of Maryland are you from? Reisterstown / owings Mills here.
Yes we were!! We are in Millersville :) I'm hoping our boys are together - at least they know someone!! Even if its only for 2 days since being at the hotel together!!
Our boys our together :) I have not received the letter yet but his recruiter tells me he is Ship 12 Div 372.
Join the group, PIR 11/09/2012 TG 52 (clickable link), to connect with others with loved ones training with your SR. Know that Divisions 371 and 372 are brother divisions and train together and will have Battle Stations-21 together, so look for others with loved ones in either division. There will soon be a discussion within that group for the two divisions.
