Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 329 & 330. These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the main wall to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hi Babbs, Sorry to hear about your SR.  Tell her to hang in there.  She'll get there.  I just happen to need a new ribbon.  I'll even pay you for it.  Please accept my friend request and I'll send you my address.

It's yours! And thanks for the encouragement. Its just a setback and she will get there :)
So sorry to hear about your SR babbs. She will heal and continue on. Tell her to hang in there and that we are all praying for a speedy recovery.

Thanks! she will be fine eventually, she has to get over the disappointment first. She doesn't understand since she only has pain while running, no other times but I tried to explain to her that running on it will make it much much worse.

Praying for your SRs speedy recovery, babbs!

Hi there. I am new to this site so am not sure what I'm doing at this point! My son is in Div 3, Ship 329 in Great Lakes. I read somewhere on here that we can meet him at the airport to see him off to A school and give him some clothes, his cell phone, etc. I can't find where I read that but can anyone verify this? I'm new to this whole Navy thing and have no idea what I'm doing, what's allowed, etc. My son isn't the greatest with giving information even though I have talked to him several times and gotten several letters, which makes me very happy. Any help anyone can offer would be great!!

Hi Dnewc5. You are correct you can bring your son his cell phone, etc and give that to him at the airport. I'm new to all this also but this site has been a life saver. I plan on bringing my daughter her cell phone & laptop for her take to A school. He probably won't know his travel info till a couple of days before PIR. Congrats on the letters we all look forward to mail day.

Thanks for the information Rachel-E's mom. If there is anything else that you or anyone can give to me that will help I would really appreciate it. This site has been very helpful so far and I'm so happy to have found it!
