Welcome to the discussion group for division 901.

Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hello Ship 2 division 901's I hope you all are well we have 44 more days to go. Has anyone heard from the SR yet? any news on how the division is doing??

I have not heard from my son other than the form that came a week ago. I sleep with my phone though, anxiously waiting.

I sleep with it by my head...my phone that is. lol i think we all do it.

Nope nothing here so far, I'd even settle for him calling his girlfriend right now!! Something!!!  lol.

Already have my hotel room booked, no flight though we are gonna drive it, it's only a 7 hour drive for us, and flights were just too expensive.  I can't wait, for PIR groups 951 and 952 also, if you haven't joined the 900 division on FB do so, they post pictures of PIR's every week, and we just might get a glimpse of our SR's in those. I keep stalking the RTC's fb page too in hopes of seeing him, but nothing so far.

I do too!! I keep thinking I see him because they look so alike with the shaved heads LOL!!! We're driving too. flying was too pricey

thanks I've been there but our boys are staff and I am not so sure what they are doing?? It sounded to me like many of them are not very visible which was disappointing. Unlike the band and flags! but I do keep looking everyday.

hey....what are the profile names on fb...i would love to find those pages....

Just asking what you went to, to find all that on facebook?

Nope me either haven't heard either but making plans to attend already... flying from Brownsville,tx..but like all navy moms sleep with phone almost next to my ear...

how do I join that group in facebook ?what do I look for?

Oh and you'll have to forgive me if I'm too chatty sometimes, with nobody to talk to all week, I can get on a roll sometimes. lol..

jackieS I don't know if you saw the post regarding someone from 901's son called and said they got in trouble for talking so they are holding the SR's mail but that was on Mon so hopefully they will get some soon. Yikes hope that won't happen again. Where are you all from??

Boston here...I booked at Navy Lodge got a suite GSGirl where did you book?? I did not book a flight yet they are very expensive!! but I have to go I have to see him.
